The main entrance refurbishment aimed to improve accessibility, aesthetics, and functionality. This involved updating the entrance doors, enhancing the façade, and improving signage and lighting to create a more inviting and modern appearance.
- Reception Refurbishment, Including Door Entry System
The reception area was refurbished to optimise space utilisation, enhance patient comfort, and improve staff efficiency. This included installing a new door entry system and updating reception desks and seating.
- Project Execution Planning and Preparation
A thorough assessment of the existing conditions was conducted, followed by developing a detailed refurbishment plan. This included obtaining necessary permits and establishing safety protocols to minimise disruption to the healthcare centre’s operations.
Results and Outcome:
The project was completed on time and within budget, significantly enhancing Wapping Health's entrance and reception areas. Patients and staff now benefit from a more welcoming, efficient, and secure environment.
