We will require all our suppliers and business partners to provide us with a written statement confirming that they comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

We will provide training to our employees and contractors to help them identify and prevent modern slavery in our operations and supply chains.

We will investigate any reports or suspicions of modern slavery in our operations or supply chains and take appropriate action, including reporting it to the relevant authorities.

We will regularly review and update our policies and procedures to ensure that they are effective in preventing modern slavery and human trafficking.

Responsibilities:

The Board of Directors is responsible for ensuring that this policy is implemented and adhered to.

The Managing Director is responsible for ensuring that all employees and contractors are aware of this policy and receive appropriate training.

The Procurement Manager is responsible for conducting due diligence on all suppliers and business partners to ensure compliance with this policy.

All employees and contractors are responsible for reporting any suspicions or concerns regarding modern slavery in our operations or supply chains to their line manager or the Managing Director.
