We specialise in high-end rental property refurbishments for Cluttons on behalf of Brownlow Developments. Each year, we refurbish approximately 10-15 properties, focusing on delivering fast, high-quality turnarounds to ensure the properties are ready for rental as quickly as possible. Our in-house team manages every aspect of the refurbishment, ensuring efficiency, budget control, and timely delivery.
Client Requirements
The client required a reliable refurbishment partner to manage a steady flow of high-end rental properties. The focus was on delivering top-tier finishes, including structural works, asbestos removal, mechanical and electrical (M&E) installations, kitchen and bathroom designs, joinery, flooring, and final decorative touches. The properties needed to be ready for rental swiftly without compromising on quality.
Scope of Work
- Strip Out/Demolition: Initial clearance and preparation of the properties.
- Asbestos Removal: Safe and certified removal of hazardous materials.
- M&E Installation & Design: Full design and installation of mechanical and electrical systems to meet modern living standards.
- Kitchen/Bathroom Installations: Bespoke design and installation of kitchens and bathrooms.
- Joinery: Custom carpentry solutions for wardrobes, blinds, and other essential fittings.
- Decorations & Flooring: High-end decorative finishes and flooring installation to create luxurious living spaces.
- Final Finishes: Ensuring every detail, from fixtures to final touch-ups, met the client's high standards
