Scope of Works

Project Overview: 

WSW Refurbishments completed a refurbishment project for Unit M2 in Hazleton Industrial Estate. This included internal refurbishment works, including flooring, roofing, and full redecoration. 

Client Requirement: 

Alongside the main scope of work, the client required an enhanced finish on the internal spaces, including the WCs.

Scope of Works: 

• Roof light replacements 
• Full decoration throughout 
• Warehouse floor - diamond grind and resin coat 
• Office refurbishment
• WC refurbishment 

Results and Outcome: 

The project was completed to a very high standard, and the clients IPIF and JLL were extremely satisfied with the refurbishment. WSW met all client requirements, including enhancing the internal spaces.
