Scope of Works

Project Overview: 

WSW Refurbishments was instructed to deliver an array of various refurbishment works for the school. The work involved external repairs, including new windows and installing fire safety measures. 

Client Requirements:

The school required a more modern, usable space which promoted a healthy working environment. The work had to cause minimal disruption to the pupil’s learning. 

Scope of Works: 

• Knock through and structural steel installation Creating new reception hatch opening and installing a bespoke glazed screen.
• Installation of new fire shutter linking to the existing fire alarm systems.
• Installation of new access control systems allowing control of external gates and doors within the Ground floor entrance whilst also being able to monitor visitors from a newly install video system.  
• Window replacement to the entire building.
• Removal of pupils' toilets creating new storage room for delivery.
• Decoration works throughout.

Results and Outcome:

The project was completed to a high standard and rejuenvated the working environment for the pupils. All work was carried out on time and within budget, causing minimal disruption.
