Scope of Works

Project Overview: 

A complete refurbishment of the properties at Stoneacre Court in Kent was completed on behalf of the client following an unfortunate fire. The properties were fully refurbished internally and externally, including cladding, bathroom installations and electrical wiring. 

Client Requirements: 

The client required the properties to be fully refurbished, including internal and external repairs. This included bathroom refurbishment, full electrical rewiring, intruder alarms, windows and doors, flat entry systems, and decorations.

The flats were refurbished promptly and to the highest standard. All residents were excited to move back into their fully refurbished properties.
