Scope of Works
Project Overview:
WSW fully refurbished a 3-bed flat in Rutherford House in Battersea. The works included a complete fit-out, including a new kitchen and bathroom. The project had to be completed with minimal noise disruption to the 46 flats above.
Client Requirements:
The client required the flat to be fully refurbished to an extremely high standard. Due to the surrounding flats, keeping noise to a minimum was essential. All the materials had to be air-lifted via the veranda due to access issues.

Results and Outcome:
The project was completed on time and within budget. The specific challenges were expertly navigated, and the client was extremely satisfied with the result.
