WSW was contracted to complete a full refurbishment of the WCs at Rosehill School in Oxford. Scope of Work:

• WC Refurbishment Programme: The refurbishment covered the following key areas:
• Strip Out and Removal: Removal of old fixtures and fittings to prepare the space for modern upgrades.
• Plumbing and Electrical Upgrades: Installation of new, energy-efficient plumbing and electrical systems to support modern fixtures.
• New Fixtures and Fittings: Installation of high-quality, durable toilets, sinks, taps, and hand dryers.
• Tiling and Flooring: Installation of hygienic, durable tiles and slip-resistant flooring to enhance safety and cleanliness.
• Redecoration: Fresh paintwork and decorative elements to provide a bright and welcoming restroom environment.
• Accessibility Enhancements: Ensuring that the new WCs met all current accessibility standards to accommodate students and staff with disabilities.
