Project Overview:
WSW refurbished Premier House’s commercial space in Stevenage. The project included modernising the exterior windows and repairing cladding.
Client Requirements:
The client sought to refresh the exterior of Premier House, giving the commercial space a modern aesthetic. They required updates that would not only improve the building’s visual appeal but also ensure durability and low maintenance for the future.
Scope of Work:
- Windows - Installation of modern, energy-efficient windows to improve the building’s look and functionality.
- Cladding & Facias - Repair and replacement of cladding and fascias to modernise the façade and protect the structure from weathering.
Results and Outcome:
The refurbishment breathed new life into this commercial space. We've given it a modern look with new windows, cladding and fascias.
