• External repairs and redecorations to a prominent historic building inclusive of:

  • Roof cleaning and repairs to pitched roof and lead work
  • General building envelope repairs to masonry and joinery
  • Extensive window repairs and redecorations
  • Doff cleaning to stonework inclusive of repairs and refurbishment.

Natwest Chambers

• Internal strip out and Whitebox project to the vacated banking premises inclusive of:
  • Full strip out of tenants chattels and fixtures back to original shell
  • Full M&E strip out and temp supplies and ‘letting’ lighting installation
  • Removal of safes and vaults and coin lift
  • Repairs and reinstatement of original finishes and joinery internally and externally
  • Extensive window repairs and redecorations
  • Doff cleaning to stonework inclusive of repairs and refurbishment.
