The latest installations provided better insulation, reducing energy costs and improving the learning environment with enhanced natural light.

6. Changing Room Roof Replacement and Fall Arrest System Installation

The second phase involved removing the old roof and installing a new, robust roofing system for the changing rooms. The roof replacement was completed with high-quality materials to ensure longevity and durability. A fall arrest system was installed to provide a safe working environment for maintenance staff, complying with all relevant safety standards.

Results and Outcome:

The project was completed on time and to a high standard. To minimise disruption, the refurbishment was completed outside of term time. It was planned and executed during the out-of-school term to minimise disruption to students and staff.
