Client Requirements:

Upgrade the communal areas of the residential block, making them more functional and welcoming for residents.

Scope of Works:

  1. Communal Refurbishment

The primary goal was to refresh and modernise the communal spaces. This included repainting walls, replacing worn-out flooring, and updating communal furnishings.

  1. Electrical Upgrade

A critical aspect of the project was upgrading the electrical systems to meet current safety standards and improve energy efficiency. This involved rewiring, installing new lighting fixtures and ensuring all electrical installations complied with the latest regulations.

Detailed planning was essential for this project to minimise disruption to residents. A thorough assessment of the building’s existing conditions was conducted, followed by the development of a step-by-step refurbishment plan. All necessary permits were obtained, and safety protocols were established.
