Project Overview

WSW completed the refurbishment of 10-15 residential properties annually on behalf of Cluttons and Brownlow Developments. The project involved comprehensive renovations, including kitchen and bathroom installations, flooring fitting, asbestos removal, and more. Each property was transformed into a high-end rental, ready to be let quickly in the competitive rental market.

Client Requirements

The client required a full-scale refurbishment of their residential properties to elevate them to high-end rental standards. They sought a complete transformation, with a focus on modernising kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing top-quality finishes.

Scope of Work

  • Strip Out / Demolition: Complete removal of old fittings to prepare properties for refurbishment.
  • Building Works: Structural updates to ensure the properties were up to modern standards.
  • Asbestos Removal: Safe and certified asbestos removal for health and safety compliance.
  • M&E Installation & Design: Full installation and design of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Kitchen/Bathroom Installation & Design: Custom design and installation of modern kitchens and bathrooms.
  • Joinery: Bespoke joinery, including wardrobes and blinds installation.
  • Decorations & Flooring: High-end decorative finishes and new flooring throughout each property.
  • Final Finishes: Attention to detail in final touches to ensure a luxurious feel.

Results and Outcome

WSW delivered this project efficiently and within budget, ensuring all properties were completed on time. Our comprehensive refurbishment allowed the client to quickly relet their properties, minimising downtime and maximising rental income.
