Project Overview:
James Purdey & Sons are the occupiers of this property and required WSW Refurbishments to complete internal and external works to the property, including recordations, M&E works, and external lighting.
Client Requirements:
The client required the work to be completed to an excellent standard and needed to cause minimal disruption as the property was based in Central London.
Scope of Works:
- Floor and stone restoration
- French polishing throughout the common areas
- CCTV upgrade
- External lighting installation
- New manifestation of the entrance
- Common area redecoration
- Renewal of communal area floor coverings
- Installation of new external lights and manifestation of borrowed light
- Internal decorations
- Recarpeting
- Electrical works
- Window and Door Repairs
- Flooring repairs and rejuvenation
Results and Outcome:
WSW Refurbishments completed the project on time and within budget, successfully navigating the challenges that came with the project being based in a busy central location. The internal and external works were completed to a very high standard, and the client was satisfied with the results.
