WSW Refurbishments, a leading Hertfordshire-based company known for delivering high-quality refurbishment works across the residential, industrial, office, healthcare, and education sectors, is thrilled to announce its appointment by Rapleys to deliver a substantial twelve-week industrial refurbishment project in Bury St Edmunds.

Scheduled to commence in July 2024, WSW Refurbishments will undertake this high-profile project at the industrial site located in Bury St Edmunds. This project, valued at £500,000, will see WSW Refurbishments embark on transforming the current industrial space into a modern, efficient, and revitalised facility.

As an experienced full-service refurbishment company specialising in the industrial sector since 2008, WSW Refurbishments will be responsible for every aspect of this project from start to finish. The scope of work includes extensive internal and external refurbishments, ensuring the unit meets the highest standards of functionality and aesthetics.

Key project components include:

  • Internal Demolition: Stripping the interior back to the base building following the depredations of the former client.
  • Electrical Upgrades: Installation of new lighting systems and a state-of-the-art fire alarm system.
  • Toilet Renovations: Complete decoration of toilets with new flooring.
  • Exterior Enhancements: External decoration of existing cladding, application of a new roof coating, and essential roofing repairs.
  • Carpark Improvements: Line painting to refresh and optimise car park areas.

Jon Roberts, who will be overseeing this project for WSW Refurbishments, shared his enthusiasm: “We are delighted to have been appointed by Rapleys to deliver this significant project in Bury St Edmunds. Revitalising industrial spaces is a core part of our expertise, and we are committed to transforming this site into a modern, appealing, and functional space that will meet the needs of its future occupants.”
